By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. What We Provide

Letters In Song creates custom, personalized songs based on the information you submit, including names, stories, preferences, styles, and occasions.

Each order includes two (2) versions of the finished music using the same lyrics. These versions may differ in arrangement, instrumentation, tempo, or overall musical feel.

All songs, music and options are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

2. Custom Work and No Refunds

Because every song is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once production has begun, including cases where:

You change your mind

The song is no longer needed for the intended occasion

The style or interpretation differs from personal expectations

If there is a clear technical error or a failure to deliver, we will correct it.

3. Revisions and Rewrites

Revisions or Rewrites due to new or changed information provided after production begins will require an additional fee of $65. Limited to one revision or rewrite per order.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

Adding or changing names, events, or facts

Altering the story or theme

Changing the intended recipient or occasion

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

High order volume

Complexity of the request

Incomplete or unclear information provided by you

Letters In Song is not responsible for missed deadlines due to these factors.

4a. Rush Orders

Rush orders are prioritized in our production schedule, and every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the completed song within three (3) business days of order confirmation. However, delivery within this time-frame cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, creative revisions, high order volume, or events beyond our control.

5. Intended Use and Attribution

Songs are created for personal use and gifting.

You may:

Share the song privately

Give it as a personal gift

Post it on social media

If you post the song publicly on social media, attribution to LettersInSong.com is required.

You may not:

Resell the song

Claim authorship or copyright

Use the song for commercial purposes without written permission

6. AI-Assisted Creation

Songs may be created using AI-assisted tools combined with creative direction.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may reflect general genre characteristics but is not intended to replicate any specific artist.

7. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you submit.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify requests containing:

Hate speech

Harassment

Illegal content

Explicit or harmful material

8. Emotional and Personal Content

Songs may include emotional or deeply personal themes.

Letters In Song is not responsible for emotional reactions, interpretations, or outcomes related to how a song is received.

9. Limitation of Liability

Letters In Song is not liable for:

Emotional distress

Missed events

Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
